You shouldnt have any frame rate drop. Edit: i should mention i dont own a ps5 but the game runs smoothly on quality on the series x. So logically it should be smooth on ps5. Dishonored 2 was 1440P on the PS4 Pro if connected to a 4k screen. Yeah. I tried to turn on 1440p mode. I think ps5 doesn't support 1440p. The PS5 doesn't support 1440P output to displays. But the internal resolution that games run at is separate from whatever the PS5 supports.
